About Us

For some reason, there is a certain level of stigma attached to the notion of working out at home. In my experience, people tend to assume that the private and lone nature of home workouts is somehow anti-social. Furthermore, people assume that because home workouts don't typically have the full inventory of gym equipment found in your average local gym, that they are somehow inferior and only for the inexperienced novices of the fitness community. Not only are these arguments wrong, they are also deeply cynical and laced with contempt. If you want to work out at home and enjoy a private, uninterrupted, and convenient workout, then you should have access to the all the tools necessary to do so. This is our mission. NoGym? No Problem.
